Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the condo. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code and resend it a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • No check-ins or check-outs allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • This condo is located on the 3rd floor and is only accessible by steps (7 steps total). There is no elevator on the premises.
  • The roads leading to the condo are main, double-laned, and paved. Ski Mountain Road is uphill and winding; exercise caution in snow or ice.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony.
  • No pets allowed at the condo or on the condominium premises.
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • 30 Day Cancellation & Damage Fee: 30 or more days before arrival - full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. 29 or fewer days before arrival - dates can be moved (without penalty) or rebooked. If dates are fully rebooked, refund minus $50 cancellation fee. If partially rebooked, refund only for rebooked nights. If not rebooked, all money paid is forfeited.
  • Damage coverage: covers up to the amount paid for your damage fee on unintentional accidents to the property. Damages exceeding the damage fee, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • Level parking for two cars. Suitable for motorcycles and vehicles.

  • Pool is seasonal and open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
  • Fireplaces: On during October 1st - February 28th. Off during March 1st - September 30th.
